Grinding and polishing with Power trowel

Polished concrete or concrete surface restoration can also be done by a single-disc trowel with a 600mm float pan.

It is used among almost every flooring company, you can also find it at the construction equipment rentals.

This machine is used during the treatment of wall zones or locations which are hard-to-reach with a large “helicopter”. This is its main purpose, nevertheless on a small projects you can use power trowel as a grinder or polisher. This trowel can be easily transformed into a grinding and polishing machine, using Trowel Shine concrete grinding and polishing system.

 Trowel Shine COMBO1 set includes everything you need to transform a small a power trowel into polishing machine with plastic diamond pads (grits from 50 to 3500).

Polishing pads XQC Waff grits 50-100-200-400-800 used for wet concrete polishing.

Polishing pads V-harr grits 1800 and 3500 are used for dry finishing.

A standard Trowel Shine COMBO 1 package includes:

- 600mm float pan with four XQC polishing pad holders;

- 600mm float pan for final polishing with Velcro;

- 20 pcs of XQC WAFF pads for polishing (with water)

During concrete grinding and polishing, a concrete hardener is often used. Any chemical products for polished concrete can be ordered from us additionally.

Sometimes, upon customer's request, we supply float pans for 8 XQC holders. This allows to reduce surface pressure during work and significantly decrease the wear of the polishing tool, especially on surfaces that are not very hard.

Polished concrete always provides the best quality, presentable appearance of the floor surface.

The surface of concrete or terrazzo becomes very smooth and hard, the porosity of the surface is reduced and the floor remains dust free which facilitates the maintenance.
