Trowel Shine Ring - is a new system for concrete floors grinding and polishing with a Power Trowel (“helicopter”). Now you can grind with a metal diamond segment and polish concrete with a plastic diamond pad without any problems on the same rotating heads. 

So why is it beneficial? Simply because a contractor can transform a Power Trowel into a grinding and polishing machine in minutes. Very high productivity (even 5000-7000 m2 with one number (grit) per shift) allows you to quickly and efficiently restore concrete floors.

The Trowel Shine Ring operates on twin "helicopters". It is a simple and extremely easy to use grinding and polishing system for any floor company with a Power Trowel. In order to better understand why this system is in a such demand among professionals, it is worth mentioning that one grit of tools on 8 heads (double helicopter 2 900mm) can perform more than 10,000 m2 of polishing. That means a very low cost of work for the contractor. It is also worth noting the low load on the components and assemblies of the trowel in comparison with alternative systems for grinding and polishing concrete on a "helicopter".

The Trowel Shine system was launched on the market in 2017. Since then, more than 3.5 million m2 of polished concrete has been completed, as well as restoration of old concrete floors. Today this system is used by more than 50 large contractors from more than 20 countries.
