Amano Pioneer Eclipse high speed single disc machines are quality polishers widely used in the cleaning and polished concrete floors business. Those polishing machines are available in three diameters
21 (533mm), 24 (610mm), 28 (711mm). The offered models are equipped with a starter and clutch. A pad for final polishing of concrete is always supplied with the machine. The polisher is powered by propane. The use of propane / butane is acceptable, but it is always better for the engine if it runs on pure propane.
Running at a high speed of 2000 RPM, the Pioneer Eclipse polisher will quickly clean concrete and stone floors and help improve the appearance of new concrete floors. Very deep floor cleaning can be done using Shine Pro and Suprashine diamond pads.
If you are polishing concrete floors, the Pioneer Eclipse polisher will be crucial for the final polishing and troweling of a high gloss sealer. Some concrete surface sealers need to be slightly heated using a high speed machine and a 3500 or 8000 grit diamond pad. In the US, Canada and Australia, such machines are actively used for daily cleaning of concrete floors. In Europe, such machines are more used for restoration, finishing floor polishing and deep periodical cleaning. 
A special emphasis should be payed on selecting the correct pads, when using a high speed polishers.
The pads that are used on high-speed machines must exactly correspond to the technical specifications. Both Shine Pro, Suprashine diamond pads and non-diamond horsehair pads or soft synthetic buffing pads are used.
For instance, when maintaining high gloss stone floors, special care must be taken when using low grade diamond pads of 220, 400 and 800 grit. A large diamond can damage the gloss and make the floor look more matte.
