LAVINA ECO system is a light grinding and polishing of the floor. Designed for fast and efficient regeneration, grinding or cleaning of concrete floors, terrazzo tiles, stone, polymer floors.
One machine Lavina B36GTS performs all the steps of surface treatment. The technology is all five steps of mechanical grinding and polishing + two types of special water-based lithium hardeners (odorless and absolutely neutral to the environment).
DS SCREENS 14”355mm are screens with microdiamonds. Metal screen deeply and quickly grinds the surface and eliminates small pores and roughness. Four grits of DS SCREENS 120-220-400-600 grit are available. Usually grinding with diamond screens is performed with water.
UHS - ULTRALIT HARD STANDARD. Lithium surface hardener. It is applied immediately after grinding with the last grits of DS SCREENS diamond screens. Application of the combined lithium-sodium product ULTRALIT XPL is allowed on concrete surfaces.
After applying lithium hardener, the surface is polished with SUPRASHINE SHP 1800 diamond pad.
ULTRALIT GLOSS SHIELD is a high gloss finish sealer that protects the concrete surface and is applied immediately after SUPRASHINE SHP 1800.
After applying the sealer, surface is polished with SUPRASHINE SHP3500 diamond pad.
Using LAVINA ECO technology, with one Lavina B36GTS machine, more than 1000 square meters of concrete floor can be restored in 8-10 working hours.
When the floor is badly damaged, you can use HEAVY PLANETARY GRINDERS for the first two steps, and then use LAVINA ECO technology. This solution will speed up the work by two or even three times.
The cost per square meter of tools + chemicals is very low. And therefore it is an excellent business for cleaning companies offering LAVINA ECO as a separate service. As well as a useful option for companies performing concrete grinding and polishing in POLISHED CONCRETE technology.
