ULTRALIT HARD XPL – Potassium-Lithium Concrete Hardener and Densifier

ULTRALIT HARD XPL is a high-performance, penetrating potassium-lithium hardener and densifier designed to strengthen, harden and protect both new and existing concrete floors against dusting.

Its advanced formula is based on active potassium-lithium silicate, which penetrates the concrete surface and chemically reacts with components in the upper layer of the concrete. This reaction forms insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (CSH), increasing surface hardness, improving abrasion resistance and effectively reducing or eliminating concrete dusting.

ULTRALIT HARD XPL does not form a separate surface coating. Its active components penetrate into the concrete, providing long-lasting strengthening and protection without the risk of peeling, flaking or delamination.

Thanks to the presence of active lithium particles, the product offers excellent penetration properties, reaching even the micropores of the concrete surface. ULTRALIT HARD XPL improves resistance to mechanical damage, water and aggressive liquids while making concrete floor maintenance easier.

The product can be used on both freshly installed and existing concrete floors.

ESTIMATED COVERAGE RATES

Coverage depends on the type, condition and absorbency of the concrete surface:

• Fresh, untreated concrete: 11–20 m²/L (approximately 50–90 ml/m²)
• Trowelled concrete: 10–14 m²/L (approximately 70–100 ml/m²)
• Smooth or polished concrete: 10–14 m²/L (approximately 70–100 ml/m²)
