ULTRALIT HARD XP – Potassium Concrete Hardener and Densifier

ULTRALIT HARD XP is a high-performance, penetrating potassium-based hardener and densifier designed to strengthen, protect and reduce dusting on both new and existing concrete floors.

Its advanced formula is based on active potassium silicate, which penetrates the concrete surface and chemically reacts with components in the upper layer of the concrete. This reaction forms insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (CSH), strengthening the concrete structure, increasing surface hardness and improving abrasion resistance.

ULTRALIT HARD XP effectively reduces concrete dusting, improves mechanical resistance and makes floor maintenance easier. The product does not form a surface coating. Instead, it penetrates and reacts within the concrete, providing long-lasting protection without the risk of peeling or delamination.

Thanks to its excellent penetrating properties, ULTRALIT HARD XP can be used on both freshly installed and existing concrete floors.

ESTIMATED COVERAGE RATES

Coverage depends on the condition and absorbency of the concrete surface:

• Fresh, untreated concrete: 7–14 m²/L (approximately 70–150 ml/m²)
• Trowelled concrete: 5–10 m²/L (approximately 100–200 ml/m²)
• Power-trowelled, polished or hardened concrete: 7–14 m²/L (approximately 70–150 ml/m²)
