Floor diamond cleaning with water only, no chemicals needed

Suprashine is a three series of diamond pads. Regular (SRG) for basic daily maintenance, Heavy Duty (SHD) for the toughest dirt and special tasks and High Performance (SHP), the most efficient cleaning pads on the market dedicated for large areas cleaning, from which we are going to start. SupraShine SHP (High Performance) is, as mentioned, the most efficient and best solution for the concrete floors maintenance . Above all, they ensure the best cleaning quality and the best surface appearance, incomparable to any classic maintenance method. However, when you want to clean a more dirty floor, or a surface with a low frequency of cleaning (1-2 per week), you can use Suprashine SHP 800. This gradation will perfectly clean the floor from dirt. The most frequently chosen solution in Western European countries is SHP 1800, which, according to many users, is the pad with the best relation between cleaning properties and gloss. The SHP3500 is also suitable for everyday usage on polished floors
Thus, for concrete and other hard floors, we have the following daily cleaning alternatives:
1)   Concrete (Recommended) - HP 3500 Pink (when we need more cleaning and / or shine reduction, we switch to HP 1800 Blue).
2)   Polymer penetrating sealers (eg. Ultralit Gloss Shield) - Regular 3500. For both scrubbers and high speed processing. The softer SRG Regular Green pad can also be used for buffing.
3)   As a last resort, when it is necessary to maintain a delicate surface and not damage the gloss, for example, on a marble floor, we are forced to use the soft SRG Regular 8000 SILVER pad. But if this is the case, we should try to convince the customer to use the HP 3500 Pink instead for proper cleaning and shine enhancement during daily scrubber cleaning.
SRG Regular 8000 - are primarily polishing pads that can be used on all types of floors with or without coating. Grids 8000 - contain small amount of diamonds for effective cleaning compared to HP 3500. For this reason, we only use it for daily cleaning in very rare cases.
When working on very special floors such as high gloss tiles, or when the floor manufacturer recommends only a soft brush, a white soft pad and water - the 8000 grid is very soft as a brush, but provides a much more effective cleaning.
Our SUPRASHINE system is extremely flexible. We want a qualitative daily cleaning to be the easiest way to maintain any kind of surface.
Regular SRG 400 pads as well as Heavy Duty SHD 220 and 400 pads are used for deep cleaning of concrete, terrazzo and marble floors. Be very careful when using them, especially on polished concrete, polished terrazzo and marble.
But in case of regions, where daily cleaning with a scrubber is not yet common practice, or if the customer refuses to carry out daily cleaning and prefers to pay for periodic maintenance, our system can also be used for periodic maintenance with very good results. Moreover, an extremely popular practice for hard floors is cleaning with a scrubber and an HP 800 orange pad + high speed polishing with an HP 1800 blue pad. After that, if a daily cleaning routine takes place, you can recommend the HP 3500 Pink pad, and if not, you can just repeat cleaning with a 1800 pad after a while.
Typically, when using REGULAR Red 400 or HEAVY DUTY 400 Red on a scrubber for deep cleaning of concrete, terrazzo or marble floors, an “orange peel” may appear. You need to be very careful when using these pads for cleaning polished concrete or terrazzo.
This is why we still recommend using the HP 800 Orange primarily for deep cleaning. And gradations 220 and 400 only where this solution cannot damage the surface.
What is more, we need to be able to deep clean without the risk of orange peel. If it does appear, we recommend SUPRASHINE Hybrid 400. In particular when removing stains or treating small areas, SUPRASHINE Hybrid should be used at the end of the process to fix any “orange peel”.
Good quality / resistance / visual effect. These are features that are usually taken into account when choosing the type of floor finish. However, it is almost always forgotten whether such a floor is easy to clean, repair and regenerate. The Suprashine system is aimed at users of almost all types of flooring.
