We service and repair only Lavina Superabrasive, Pioneer Eclipse, EX grinding machines, Eureka scrubbers and Delfin vacuums, and other products purchased via the platform.
The service we run met stringent standards of manufacturers and has been accepted by them.
A person who orders a repair is given a service order number (NZS), which can be used to check the status of repair at any time.


Procedure of repair or service of machine:

1) Make a phone call or report a problem to our service consultant.
2) Complete the below form in person or ask a responsible consultant
3) Initial verification of problem by a serviceman, preparing quotation of service, notifying the customer and acceptance of costs and terms.
4) Delivery of machine to the service at ul. Parowcowa 4B in Warsaw 02-445 at the expense of person ordering the repair
5) Time of completion of service order depends on availability of parts, which the person ordering the repair will be notified on.
6) Notification of customer on completion of service works
7) Collection in person or dispatch of the serviced machine at the expense of the person ordering the repair
