Terms of business

BETON555 is a purchasing platform offering wholesale trading of professional tools, machines, chemicals, accessories for treatment of concrete and stone.

Terms and conditions:

1) Wholesale trading is offered only to entities who hold NIP number and communicate via e-mail.

2) The contract of sale is considered concluded when the placed order is accepted by the platform support team.

3) Each registered customer will be assigned a technical and commercial consultant, who provides information on the product and can apply a discount threshold for a given product category.

4) The Customer can be given a trade credit by the platform support team.

5) It is possible to complete a purchase via e-mail or telephone. In such case, the platform support team will create an offer, which must be confirmed by the Customer.

6) If discount thresholds of 25,000 or 50,000 PLN net are exceeded, a 1% or 2% discount is added to the order.

7) Each Customer, in their panel, has access to their orders, invoices and service data.

8) Apart from the dedicated technical and commercial consultant, the Customer can contact the customer service on working days from 8:00 to 16:30.

9) Our technical and commercial consultants, the customer service and logistics departments are at your disposal!

- Deferred payment invoice

  Delivery methods:

- Collection in person in headquarters in Warsaw

- DHL courier

- Forwarding company (DPD, Raben, other)

- Delivery by technical and commercial consultant, with training included (for machines)
